EXTERIOR WORK | "Ian Roberts built us a wonderful and solid cedar fence with large swinging doors and a brick parking pad four years ago. There are still no signs of a lean on any part of the fence and the bricks of the parking pad are still perfectly flat and level. Ian found great building solutions using quality products for all of our specific design requirements including permeable paving stones that have helped greatly with drainage in our yard.
He arranged another contractor to bring in a skid-steer to remove debris and soil from the area and deliver crushed stone efficiently with concern for our budget.
In had all the necessary tools and is a skilled builder who takes a lot of pride in his work. We received clear and effective communication throughout the project and everything happened on schedule.
