Ian Roberts built us a wonderful and solid cedar fence with large swinging doors and a brick parking pad four years ago. There are still no signs of a lean on any part of the fence and the bricks of the parking pad are still perfectly flat and level. Ian found great building solutions using quality products for all of our specific design requirements including permeable paving stones that have helped greatly with drainage in our yard. He arranged another contractor to bring in a skid-steer to remove debris and soil from the area and deliver crushed stone efficiently with concern for our budget. Ian had all the necessary tools and is a skilled builder who takes a lot of pride in his work. We received clear and effective communication throughout the project and everything happened on schedule. Ian renovated two bathrooms for us in 2019. The process was short and easy. The estimate was presented and explained to us in detail. Ian is a knowledgeable and experienced constructor, with high attention to detail and professional pride. He communicated clearly during the entire time, and helped us make the right decision choosing the materials needed for the renovation. Ian kept the site clean and organized and informed us about the progress on a daily basis. The result was two gorgeous bathrooms; more than we hope for and more beautiful than we imagined them.
